Eat
Food you actually have, counted properly
Your recipes, your cupboards and the nutrition behind both. Every figure is computed from published reference data by our own code, so it is the same answer every time.

What it does
Recipes that scale
Change the servings and every quantity follows, including the ones written as "a medium onion".
Barcodes
Scan a product and get its nutrition, its pack size and how many are in the pack.
Leftovers
Cook four portions, eat two, and the other two go into the fridge as something you can log tomorrow.
Free-form logging
Ate something nobody has a recipe for? Say what it was and roughly the calories. It is marked as your estimate, because nothing can recompute it.
Allergens and dislikes
Hard constraints are never violated by a plan. The cook can see them, because a private allergy is a hazard.
Sugar, salt and fibre
Tracked against UK reference intakes, not just calories and protein.
The rule we do not bend
Nutrition is arithmetic, not opinion. Every calorie on every screen is worked out from stored per-100g reference data, the weight you used and the recipe's yield. An AI can read a label or propose a meal; it is never permitted to state a number, and the code discards one if it tries.
The one exception is you. If you type in what you ate and what you reckon it was, that figure is kept and marked as your estimate, because nothing can recompute it and pretending otherwise would be worse.
