What the first ten minutes look like
1
Make a household
An email address and a password. Everyone who lives with you joins this one household.
2
Say who eats what
Add the people, their goals and anything they cannot eat. Targets are worked out from there.
3
Fill the cupboards
Scan a few barcodes or search them in. You do not need to do all of it on day one.
4
Plan a week
Pick meals, or let the planner propose some, and take the shopping list with you.
Questions people ask first
- Do I have to weigh everything?
- No. Log a recipe by the portion, a product by the packet, or type in what you ate and roughly what it was. The figures are as good as what you tell it, and it says so.
- Can my partner see my weight?
- Only if you share it. Meals, sessions and body figures are yours; the recipes, the cupboards and the shopping list belong to the household.
- Is there an app for my phone?
- Android, with iOS to follow. The website works on a phone too, which is where most of it was designed to be used.
- Does an AI decide what I eat?
- It proposes a week. You accept, swap or ignore any of it. It never states a nutrition figure: those are computed from reference data by our own code.
